CREATIVE GUIDES · CREATIVE CRAFTS DUBAI
Our earlier summer camp introduced children to different ways of making, from painting and paper crafts to collage and decorative projects. This article is a look back at the programme, not a current registration notice.
Exploring colour and materials
Painting sessions gave participants opportunities to work with colour, brushes and suitable surfaces. Mixed media and collage encouraged them to combine papers and textures into their own designs.
Stories and keepsakes
Art journaling and scrapbooking offered ways to collect drawings, memories and captions. Paper craft activities turned familiar materials into shapes and small projects children could take home.
Making together
A guided session gives children time to practise a technique, make choices and share their work. Activities should use age-appropriate materials, with instructors or adults handling specialist tools, heat and any materials that need additional precautions.
