What kind of payments do you accept?
- Cash on Delivery
- Card Payment via Cc-avenue
- Pick up and payment at the store
- For international orders, we will send you a shipping quote based on the weight and volume of shipment, once payment is made your goods will be processed and shipped.
What are the shipping charges?
For our UAE customers, there is a standard shipping rate of AED 20/- only for an order up to 5 kilos. For every additional kilo, it will be AED 1/- extra.
We offer free shipping for orders over AED 250/-for UAE customers only
For international orders, please take a look at our shipping policy and rates. Order will be executed once the payment has been made via bank transfer.
How many days does it take for the order to reach us?
It takes up to 2-3 working days for the order to reach within UAE.
Will we be able to return any items?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow any returns. Please review the products carefully before placing an order. We pack all our items with great care so that they reach you in mint condition. However, if there is any manufacturing defect, we may be able to accept return if a complaint is made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Are the prices in your showroom and online same?
Most of the products are priced similarly, however to promote certain items prices may differ in shop and showroom. Also the items on sale in the online store may not be available for sale in the showroom and vice versa.
