How can I pay?

We accept cash on delivery, card payments through CCAvenue, and payment when collecting your order. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UAE delivery costs AED 15, with free delivery on orders over AED 300. International delivery is quoted separately.

When will my order arrive?

UAE delivery generally takes two to three working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. Please check your products carefully before placing an order. If an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details.

Most prices are similar, but offers and promotional prices may differ between the online shop and the store.
