Delivery Policy
Shipping
- We generally ship same day if your order is received before 2pm. Orders received after that time period will be shipped the next day.
- There are no dispatches or deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
Handling
There is a small Handling Charge of AED 20/- on orders less than AED 300/- upto 5 kgs. An additional kg will be AED 1/-. More than AED3o0/- will be free shipping. This is only for the UAE customers. For far off areas like Ruwais, the shipping is AED 30/-. We will add that to the total if we see that the order is coming from a far off place in the UAE. ***Please note: During sales and discounts there will be no free shipping!***
Delivery
- Delivery generally takes 2-3 working days once we ship, based on the delivery locations.
- There is an extra charge for Expedited Delivery which can only be assessed once the goods are ready for dispatch
- In the event that Expedited Delivery is required, the extra amount payable will be communicated and goods dispatched once the extra amount has been credited.
- Our logistics partners are Continental Courier Services.

International Shipping
- For shipments outside United Arab Emirates, kindly register and write to us at hello@creativecraftsdxb.com
- You may then place an Order on our Website
- All “Successful” Orders will be Boxed and we will revert to you with the Box sizes and Freight amount
- You will receive an email directing you to page where you may make the payment for Freight
- Once we receive intimation that the Freight payment has been received, we will ship through DHL or FedEx
