Delivery Policy

Find our delivery charges, dispatch times and shipping options below. If you need help with an order or delivery location, please contact our team.

UAE delivery charges

• Standard delivery: AED 15 for orders below AED 300, up to 5 kg.
• Free standard delivery for orders over AED 300 within eligible UAE delivery areas.
• For shipments over 5 kg, an additional AED 1 applies per extra kilogram.
• Delivery to remote areas, including Ruwais, costs AED 30. Applicable charges will be added to the order total.

Free delivery does not apply during sales and discount promotions. Please check the delivery charge shown for your order.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders received before 2:00 pm are generally dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm are generally dispatched the next working day. Dispatch and delivery are not available on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Expedited delivery

If you need your order sooner, contact us to check availability. Any additional charge will be confirmed once your order is ready for dispatch. Expedited orders are dispatched after the additional payment is received.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking details provided for your shipment to follow its progress. If you need assistance, contact our team with your order number.

International shipping

For delivery outside the UAE, please create an account and email hello@creativecraftsdxb.com before placing your order.

Once your order is packed, we will confirm the package dimensions and shipping cost by email, together with instructions for paying the shipping charge. Your order will be dispatched through DHL or FedEx after that payment is received.
